Protein Peach Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

1/4 tsp coconut oil

1-2 tbsp mashed banana
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp oat flour
caramel extract

1 peach, chopped into small chunks
1 tbsp milk


METHOD


1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/mark 4.

2. Mix together all the ingredients in a ramekin/small ovenproof dish and bake for 20-30 minutes. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
